GoogleMathew could not have been more proactive in ensuring that our interests in selling our property were uppermost in his mind. We felt as though we were his only clients and feel sure that we would not have exchanged and completed when we did without his interventions. I would recommend Harvey Robinson to buyers and sellers. Their service greatly enhances the poor reputation of estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleJoel was fantastic in managing the purchase of our property. Despite the numerous issues and delays we had through the process, he kept chasing both sets of solicitors and the seller to ensure the sale kept on track. GoogleWe are just about to complete the process of selling our house with Harvey Robinson, and we could not be happier! Joel and Mathew were extremely professional, even taking into account we did all of this while going through a pandemic. We had frequent calls from them during the whole process, and when we first put the house up for sale we could not believe how many viewings we had, right from the beginning which was obviously very encouraging. I would really recommend going with Harvey Robinson. We initially chose them for pure convenience as they were the closest agency to us, but I am so glad we did so. Mathew, especially, has made this whole process seem easy and straightforward, but I am sure there was a lot of hard work going on behind the scenes. Highly recommend!!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe team at Harvey Robinson St Neots have certainly got it right. I was very impressed with the service overall, we could have gone with another company for 1/4 % less commission but I'm very glad we didn't as we definitely got value for money. James was our main contact after initially dealing with Justin. Both were excellent at communicating, chasing solicitors, other estate agents and anyone we had contact with. They really made us feel like they were going the extra mile for us and nothing was a problem. No.1 in comparison to other estate agents we have dealt with in the past and had contact with when buying another property. Great, professional service. Thank you James, Justin and Lucy.
Thank you Sue for taking the time to share your kind comments. We are all so happy that we were able to help you and that you were impressed by our service. We all wish you every success with your new home.
