I hate to be the one to leave this review but I need to be honest and leave my honest review and I feel 3 stars is being generous, I give the extra star for the quick response after I cancelled. I would be here all day typing if I was to go through everything but we went with Harvey Robinson due to Matt advising of their high level of communication. Unfortunately this isn't what we received. We had 2 viewings in a 2 month period which looks like it was due to us being overpriced (priced at Harvey's advised price ) and didnt receive any tailored feedback, just telling us about the markets current state. We went 4 weeks without hearing from them, apparently they did try to call but I didn't get this or a voicemail or email, I asked about my cancellation period and was told it was 21 odd days and felt I had no option but to then cancel as I wasn't going to wait till my contract was up and then wait 21 days. I don't feel they cared, I expected at this point to hear from Matt, I gave it a week, nothing. It wasn't until I put in my cancellation and a lengthy email on how I felt plus saying I haven't received a 5 star service like advertised that Matt then called. Matt was apologetic, admitted fault. I advised too little too late. He advised he was privy to all the conversations but didn't feel he needed to get involved, I'd argue when someone is calling up to find out their cancellation period that this should provoke a call especially since I said I felt I had no choice but to cancel. The service I received after I put my cancellation in to receive back key, take down adverts and signs was probably better than the service I received in the 6 weeks leading up to this. It started off okay but quickly went downhill. I hope this feedback helps Harvey Robinson not make the same mistakes again.

We chose Harvey Robinson St Neots to market our property back in August 2023, primarily because Beth from the office had been extremely diligent and pro active in contacting us on a regular basis when we began searching for a property. We have dealt with Grant, Sam and Beth and we have found them to be courteous, professional and approachable at all times. Sam produced a comprehensive range of beautiful photographs and within a matter of days, they had introduced our buyers to the property. We have now exchanged contracts and will be moving at the end of next week (extended time taken due to family illness at the end of last year). An excellent agent - I would have no hesitation to recommend Harvey Robinson to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. I used Harvey Robinson for a house sale during 2023 / 2024 and can honestly say that they were fantastic. They were really well informed on the local market, were thorough and detailed in their approach to marketing and the communication throughout was brilliant. I was informed of every viewing and received insightful feedback straight after that could be used to assess if the approach to the market was working. Everyone involved (buyers, seller and both Solicitors) also received regular phone calls to discuss what was happening and any outstanding actions requiring attention. Megan was my lead contact and she was outstanding - I was selling remotely and Megan definitely went above and beyond to make the sale happen as well as make it as easy as possible for me. Katie, the Branch Manager was also fantastic in the support and insight provided. This is really how you want all customer facing businesses to be - an absolute pleasure to work with them and I wish other companies would take a leaf out of their book.

We have had such a good experience with Harvey Robinson in St Neots that I feel it’s only right to leave an excellent review. The staff all communicated clearly and frequently with us and each other. The whole process was very professional but also it felt very personal to myself and my partner Ian.
