GoogleThe sale went smoothly so I can’t fault that. The only critique I would give is that I would’ve liked there to be more updates. I know their policy is every 2 weeks but I would’ve preferred at least once a week even if there is no news and definitely more as we got closer to completion. I found myself asking for updates more than I would’ve liked.

GoogleI would highly reccomend Harvey Robinson Estate Agents if you're looking to sell your home. From start to finish they've been excellent and I can't fault them in anyway. I've personally dealt with Sam, Charlie and Matthew and they've all been fantastic, especially in terms of keeping us up to date, ensuring we get the best price for our property and also following up solicitors when things have slowed down. I feel out of my depth when dealing with the complications of buying/selling property, but with them helping it definitely meant I could understand more and didn't feel embarrassed asking what I thought could be stupid questions. In terms of their marketing of our property, that was also brilliant and I felt that our property really stood out amongst the rest. If I had the option I would 100% use Harvey Robison again as my estate agent.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Harvey Robinson and I had no issues with the service I received. My main agent was Katie, who always kept me informed of what was going on through the lengthy process and kept chasing for updates on my behalf. When Katie wasn't available other members of the team were able to answer questions and keep me updated. I would happily buy and sell future houses through them

GoogleNot Just an Estate Agent! The Team at Harvey Robinson have changed my perception of Estate Agents. I have moved five times during the last 30 years and always brought new builds, which comes with it's own unique challenges. This time around, couple that with an incompetent solicitor only added to an already stressful process. I can honestly say Mathew (Jones) saved our sanity. Unfortunately for Mathew, because he is so helpful and very knowledgeable (sorry Mathew for blowing up your phone on a regular basis), I ended up going to him for answers and clarification my incompetent solicitor should have been assisting me with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always 100% professional. Harvey Robinson helped us get our dream home and we will always be grateful to them.
