GoogleCorrine and Chloe patiently and professionally helped me to purchase a Park Home, a process that, despite being a retired legal secretary, I was unfamiliar with. They helped both the vendor and myself with the paperwork and the transaction proceeded smoothly. I would recommend Harvey Robinson .

GoogleMy partner and I purchased our first house at the beginning of this year through Harvey Robinson St Ives. Megan, Corrine and Katie were absolutely fantastic. The sales progression was top notch. I work in the conveyancing industry and work closely with many estate agents on a daily basis and so am very familiar with good service vs bad service from agents. I can honestly say the service was outstanding and the girls went above and beyond working daily on our file to get all of our negotiations agreed with the seller. There was lots of back and forth and lots of negotiations which the girls dealt with so efficiently, professionally and promptly. Fantastic communication, very quick responses to calls and emails and regular updates. Notwithstanding all of the negotiations, works and tests that had to be carried out, the girls managed to push completion through from start to finish in 7 weeks for us. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleReally great experience buying our second house with Harvey Robinson. Chloe has been truly amazing in showing us round the new property and has put up with us asking many questions. Having viewed lots of other properties, with different agents, we really valued having an agent that is personable and shows genuine interest in what we are looking for. GoogleThe ladies at Harvey Robinson St.Ives are more than amazing. From the moment I met Katie I got the vibe that was the estate agent I was going to use. They have been amazing at advertising the house and arranging viewings, contact for me was a huge thing as it’s a split and they were amazing and relieved so much stress. The fact we sold in just over a week was all down to them! I would recommend Harvey Robinson to everyone.

GoogleI honestly cannot thank Corrinne at Harvey Robinson enough. I saw a few houses with Corrinne and I always felt I had all the information I needed, and all my questions were answered. From my offer through to completion on my house, Corrinne was always kind with her time explaining things to me and never made me feel stupid for asking. My purchase was not an easy one due to many factors outside of my control and delays that were completely unforeseen, but Corrinne always helped me if I needed advice and went the extra mile ensuring things progressed. I have already recommended Corrinne to a friend of mine, and will happily do so again if anyone is on the market. Thank you Corrinne.

GoogleAfter a number of meetings with estate agents, we were particularly impressed by the services offered by Harvey Robinson. The photos of the property, marketing, feedback after viewings and feedback / advice were great. Harvey Robinson (specifically Katie, Corrinne and Megan) always went above and beyond for us. We ended up removing our property due to a change in situation. However, we would strongly recommend friends and family to use Harvey Robinson in the future.

GoogleI recently put my home on the market with Harvey Robinson and although I sadly didn't find a buyer, I was very happy with how the property was marketed. Katie, Corrinne and Chloe are a pleasure to deal with and they were in contact regularly to keep me updated. Having access to the portal was also a real bonus, in particular having visibility to any feedback from viewings and how the property was performing on Rightmove. It's a pity things didn't quite work out this time, but thank you to the entire team for all your hard work 🙂

GoogleHarvey Robinson are an excellent Company from the time I called them to enquire about a property I was interested in We met at the property and Chole was on time waiting my arrival and answered all my questions in a very professional manner, Katie the Manager again arrived on time to carry out a valuation on my property after walking Katie around my property I was given a valuation which was a fair price and hand over a buyers/ sellers guide to tell you what to expect. Again all very professional and would certainly recommend them

GoogleI’ve never known an estate agent to go above and beyond like these guys do! We initially went in to enquire about a house that unfortunately had sold but that didn’t stop HR trying everything they could to find us another house. There was constant communication and updates with regards to viewings and offers and each viewing felt so easy and relaxed. I will always recommend HR and would look to come to them in the future as well.
