GoogleUnfortunately I wasn't able to put my house on the market yet, but if it changes in the future, we will go with Harvey Robinson. They came across very nice,helpful and professional. We also viewed a house with Chloe who was super nice and very well prepared.

Hi Priscila. I feel that I should provide a reply that adds some context to your recent review. As explained on the phone earlier you have failed to attend 4 separate appointments that have been arranged for you with our company. This has caused frustration to sellers who have had to prepare their home for your visit & also in some instances make arrangements to vacate the property only for you not to arrive. In addition to this your failure to attend appointments has caused inconvenience to our team who have taken the time out of their day to accommodate these bookings. We value all feedback but feel that leaving a 1 star review due to us not agreeing to book in a viewing after 4 separate failures to attend your previous appointments is an unfair reflection of the outstanding work that our team does daily.

GoogleI worked with Beth on a property purchase and I was very satisfied with how they kept me up to date with the conveyancing and the progress in general, even when there was no news. Also, I can't be sure, but I think their constant followups with different parties of the transaction helped speed things up a bit. I would have done this myself so some work have been lifted off my shoulders which is nice. I think everyone's experience of a house purchase is different but for me these two were the most significant interactions with Harvey Robinson and they did a good job.

GoogleMy partner and I are just about to complete on our first home. Harvey Robinson have been professional, efficient and organised from our first viewing and right the way through the buying process. A special thanks to Jade who has been handling our purchase the whole way through. We’ve both greatly appreciated all her help over the last few months and think the service she provided has been superb from first look around to exchange. Jade gave fortnightly update calls so we never felt out of touch with our purchase, as well as helping with negotiations and always being reachable over email. You couldn’t ask for a better estate agent! We both definitely recommend Harvey Robinson to anyone who is looking to move in the area and if we ever end up moving in the future, we will be sure to use their services again 🏡

GoogleThey did exactly what it said on the tin. Polite, very knowledgeable on the current market. They kept to their word and if they said they would phone or do something, it happened. Unlike other estate agents we had the unfortunate luck of using. Finally their recommendations for solicitors were spot on and they too ticked all the boxes. A big thanks goes to the St Ives brach of Harvey Robinson. Both Katie and Corinne. Thank you so much for making the whole experience less stressful. Good luck with your future sales.

GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Harvey Robinson on the sale of our house. The whole process was quick, efficient and professional. Their online portal was great to be able to see viewing times and feedback, which was always completed straight after - no chasing was required. We had fortnightly chain updates which were comprehensive and informative as well as them being available easily through the week. GoogleHighly recommended. We sold our house in less than 2 weeks, at the price we wanted to sell it for. The team kept us up-to-date throughout the process and chased other stakeholders regularly to ensure our sale and purchase went ahead. We spoke with 2 other estate agents and Harvey Robinson were by far the most professional team and obvious choice for us. In particular, Katie Taylor restored my faith in estate agents, who often get a bad reputation - she is excellent.

GoogleReally want to thank Jade for helping my daughter Abigail secure her first home. Jade was the person that showed us around the property and who we dealt with throughout the whole purchase process. Jade made regular up to date contact calls with us which we felt was an important part of the service offered . Thanks to Jade's recommendation, we had a great mortgage broker and solicitors. The marketing process was articulated in a clear way and I really felt they were motivated to sell on my behalf. They demonstrated a great knowledge of the local market to ensure the selling price was both competitive and realistic. The service provided was professional, friendly and very proactive. I was contacted on a regular basis to provide updates and they demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the property chain. GoogleWe immediately warmed to Sam when she visited. She was brilliant at keeping us up to date on viewings. Once under offer Beth has been brilliant at letting us know what is going on and managing the chain. This was my dad’s property and both Sam and Beth were really sensitive to the mixed feelings of selling it. Highly recommended.
