I am writing this not merely as feedback, but as a severe warning to any potential buyer considering a part-exchange deal with Harron Homes. My experience purchasing a four-bedroom property at Chariots Keep was not just disappointing, it was a systemic failure resulting in five months of my life being wasted and my family being left in limbo.

after my park run which is next to Brierley Heath site, I went to check out the show case houses. I was amazed by the structure and quality of the house build and Ann's huge knowledge of every house available. We fell in love with the Birkwith house and immediately placed the deposit the next day! We didn't want to miss the very last few houses developing! We felt the sale and part exchange process was smooth and straightforward. There's a good selection of decorations and add ons to the house. Ann has been so helpful and directed us to the right point of information and contacts for further enquiries. Excellent customer service and quality, keep up the great work x

We are currently buying a new build on Shipley Lakeside through the part exchange process. We’re really pleased with the offer made on our current home and feel it reflects its value in the current market. It’s reassuring to know that we will get this value without all the stress and hassle of trying to sell it privately. We are enjoying working alongside Charlotte, the sales adviser there, and find her very helpful and supportive. We’re really happy with the standard of service provided so far and would highly recommend Charlotte and the part exchange process to others.

Called at Chariots Keep this afternoon for advise about bungalows. Alison was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly for us. She gave us more ideas to think about and showed the plots available, and what we could do with them, regarding parking. We went away with plenty to think about, she was most helpful and extremely easy to understand, explaining things clearly for us. She also told us about the part exchange they do, which was most helpful and gave us another option. Thank you for all your help

Had a wonderful experience buying a home from Harron Homes at York Vale Gardens in Howden, Goole. Nicola, in the Sales Office was extremely helpful in the search for our new home and took a lot of the stress out of buying when suddenly family matters took priority. She was very thorough in getting things done and communicating between us, the solicitors and estate agents on daily basis. Beth Gillott also helped us get the right deal at the start of the process. Once our house was nearing completion, we were introduced to Russ, the Site manager and Dan the Assistant Site Manager who gave us a tour around in hard hats of our new home and gave us a preview of what the house would look like. We were also able to ask them any questions we needed answering. I felt they all went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I am now in my new house and the build quality and features that we have is second to none. Thank you Harron Homes for our dream house!

Had a fantastic meeting on site to review our new house - Its not often developers invite you to see your house in the making (Harron Homes are clearly proud of their product) - Sylvia has extended that invitation twice with a third opportunity to witness the electrical install next week along with Lee & Chris (Site Managers) who have been very accommodating, giving us the comfort of knowing we will be handed a brilliant HOME. A special thanks to Sylvia who right from the beginning has kept us well informed, providing constant feedback along with facilitating in our upgrades and finishes with the added bonus of progress pictures - We are nearing the end and are looking very much forward to enjoying our new space. Apparently a new house built by harron homes according to them and I quote having a 10 mm gap all the way round the door and a 23 mm gap at the bottom of the door is with in tolerance.
