Jo at Halls in Ellesmere was very helpful and did everything she could to keep us up to date right the way through until completion. We had a number of queries with the seller to which we couldn't always get answers but Jo dealt with these very quickly for us.

I have been blown away by the service we received throughout the process - from day one when Alan met my parents to consider the listing and then subsequently when Jo managed the sale of the property. Nothing has been too much trouble and all queries were dealt with with kindness and professionalism. GooglePrior to my house purchase, I’d been to a handful of viewings with Halls and they’ve been great from the very beginning. Being a first time buyer, I didn’t have much knowledge about a lot of the process but Jo and the team were so helpful with thoroughly explaining things. We encountered some bumps in the road with the solicitors but Halls continued to chase responses, and in a timely manner, kept me fully updated with any progress that was made. I would totally put my trust in Halls in the future if and when I decide to sell.

FacebookHalls have sold both our house and a deceased relatives flat and worked incredibly hard to ensure both sales completed. This was all going on throughout the pandemic and various lockdowns. They could not have worked harder or been more responsive to our needs, keeping us informed and solving problems. I must mention Jo who was an absolute star throughout.

Dealt with Jo at Halls both to buy and sell my home in Northwood. We were updated frequently, attention to detail and totally professional throughout the processHowever beware of the you’ll have to ask!!

GoogleThey are the best estate agents I have dealt with. I have bought via Halls and sold 3 houses via Halls in Oswestry. What is so important is a) do you follow up and b) when you get to the end game negotiation they are on top of it. Cannot fault them, all credit to the team. They sold Smithy 290K Stonehouse 750K and now Bostock 950K, (and they are reasonable, but if they were the same price as S&P I would still use them).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
