Excellent customer service from first meeting valuation, property marketing images and details, to arranging viewings, negotiating a sale, plus executing to completion day working with Vine Orchards Exmouth Conveyancing team…. Most of all being able to interact directly with staff in person, and having an easy accessible office/shop in Exmouth. Thank you all for such a smooth transaction 🙏

GoogleScott & Hall were fantastic throughout the whole purchase process, and Jenny was amazing from start to finish. Paul showed me the property several times, gave clear and helpful advice, and supported me through what became quite a long process through no fault of their own. They was always responsive, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with. If I ever sell the property, I’ll be going straight back to them. Highly recommended.

We were attended by Mike Henderson and quite frankly we would not have got through without him. His attention, kindness and professionalism was second to none. GoogleDelighted with the service from start to finish. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I did need my hand holding throughout the process. Hall & Scott were very understanding and were excellent at explaining the process to me. They helped me negotiate my onward purchase through another estate agent in Exeter and also recommended a local solicitor to me who was excellent. Thank you to the Exmouth team for making my move so smooth.

GoogleI think any new tenant should be very careful when dealing with this agent. First the property was a dreadful mess when moving in illegal bathroom light, rubbish left by previous tenant took over 6 weeks before l could use the refuse bin, stained carpets, grass over foot high, hedge so out of control it took months to get it sorted it was also hawthorn and brambles physically injured my dog who now has real scare. Photos used on inventory where dated 2 yrs before l moved in. Then insult to injury they stole £400 of my deposit after l disputed the fee without going via deposit protection scheme.... stay away Update after reply. Tried that for two months she still thought it was OK to take £400 for bag of grass seed!

GoogleWe chose Hall and Scott from a pool of estate agents we met with. We chose them because Dean seemed most interested and sincere when we spoke to them all. We had a difficult process to get to the finish line, not because of anything we could have predicted, but thankfully, Liz was excellent at keeping us informed and supported.
