GoogleScott & Hall were fantastic throughout the whole purchase process, and Jenny was amazing from start to finish. Paul showed me the property several times, gave clear and helpful advice, and supported me through what became quite a long process through no fault of their own. They was always responsive, professional, and genuinely lovely to work with. If I ever sell the property, I’ll be going straight back to them. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service from first meeting valuation, property marketing images and details, to arranging viewings, negotiating a sale, plus executing to completion day working with Vine Orchards Exmouth Conveyancing team…. Hall & Scott were very understanding and were excellent at explaining the process to me. They helped me negotiate my onward purchase through another estate agent in Exeter and also recommended a local solicitor to me who was excellent. GoogleWe thought we were viewing a ground floor apartment overlooking the beach. Unfortunately when we met the agent outside the property it turned out to be a garden flat at the rear of the building. The details didn't make that clear so we didn't go in.
Thank you for your posting regarding your recent visit to one or our properties. The property is described as follows: "A very well presented lower ground floor apartment on Exmouth sea front and level walk into the town centre". The apartment occupies all of the ground floor of the building as a whole. It has its own front gate providing access to its own front door which is at the front of the building. In addition, there are French doors on the rear of the building opening to the garden. The property is located on the seafront and within the details, there is no mention at any point of the property having "sea views".
