GoogleFantastic people to deal with at GSC Grays, Barnard Castle. For me they are by far the best estate agents In the North East. Had they been working for a member of their own family, they couldn't have done anymore.

GoogleAs a purchaser of a house on the market with CSC Grays, we found them extremely helpful all the way through the process. They regularly contacted us with updates on the purchase and assisted us promptly with any issues and questions. They'll certainly be our first choice should we ever put our house on the market.

GoogleI was very impressed with the work of GSC Grays. They were representing the people we were buying a house from and although we were on the receiving end of their prompting for information to assist their client with a prompt sale. I was very impressed at how involved they were throughout the process. I wish we had used them for the sale of our house too in the chain as the service they offered for their client was brilliant.

GoogleWe recently sold a house through the Barnard castle office and purchased another from the same office. The team of Catherine, Vicky and Sophie made the whole process of buying and selling so easy and stress free! They are all very efficient and so professional and yet have the time to be genuinely helpful and friendly in their approach, nothing is ever too much bother. They were truly a joy to deal with and we would recommend their services to anyone. Keep up the good work! Thank you for everything! Mr & Mrs B

GoogleAwful experience. They’ve pulled the rug from under us. Sometimes when I rang I got unhelpful staff too.

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service. The team couldn't do enough, and nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and supportive in what was a very challenging process and made us feel like their only customer. Would 100% recommend them.

There are company procedures and government legislation that our staff have to follow when letting a property, particularly around Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and references. We pride ourselves on taking our customers through these policies in a professional and helpful manner. In light of your comments, we will review our staff training.
