GoogleRecently we used Griffin Residential of Elm Park to provide the marketing of our property. From our very first meeting with Jason it was obvious he had a considerable depth of local knowledge and had a wonderful personality which made us feel comfortable and reassured that we had chosen wisely. Michelle, the branch manager,had involvement with the appointments to ensure all went smoothly and we were regularly updated with any progress. Their advise was always offered and all our questions answered in a professional manner. I cannot thank them enough for their contributions in trying to help us during this stressful period. TrustpilotNOT your friendly"estate agent ! !
@Upminster Branch : Not your " friendly" local estate agent at all !! Today one of their staff parked his car right outside my front door in a way that prevented me and others local residents/ businesses to freely access our own properties. When asked to be more considerate of "others" he completely lost the plot! He would not admit he was in the wrong! Worst, his fake welcoming mask disappeared to be replace by a smirk smile and a very dismissive gesture! Then he started being rude, arrogant and questioning my right to freely have access to my property!! As well as follow me 10 minutes later by trespassing into "my private building", forcing his way in, to have a go at me! What this man failed to realised is that his negative and threatening behaviour reflect on Griffin! Hence me writing this review! Is Griffin company ethos to employed staff who are : Bully ! Physically Aggressive toward woman ! Ill mannered ! 🤔 ? All he had to do was apologize and understand he was making a nuisance of himself ! I would definitely not use them to sell or rent of my properties! What they should do is used the public car park. Until then they are the Neighbour from hell !

GoogleWe signed a contract for 12 weeks which resulted in one offer, which was withdrawn at the last minute. We then went with an independent online team who achieved a sale in 3 days.

GoogleWe dealt with our purchase mainly through Taylor and Trevor when Taylor was not available. Both provided a clean and easy experience for us both. We recently had a purchase fall through just before exchange. We then viewed a property through Griffin and decided to purchase despite the recent experience. The comparison between experiences post offer is night and day. Every question has been answered, they have followed up with care. Easy to say if we decide to move and sell in the future we will use Griffin immediately.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Griffin as first time buyers who had just had a chain fall through. Sonia was our sales progressor and kept up informed on a regular basis. It was a smooth process from start to finish and we would recommend Griffin to anyone in the future.
