Had so many viewings that we didn't imagine would happen during the sale process. We were kept informed through out the process even though there were times when things gone so cold. Bad experience over 2 years, would not recommend this agency at all. I had a very bad experience with this company for the past two years when my ex-husband was selling the house. They never listened to me, even when I sent them letters from my solicitor about the sale. They kept saying “we want to help you”, but I received no help at all. Several times, their agents left the front door open and unlocked, and once they even locked my cat in a room when I was away, even though I had specifically asked them not to close the room doors. Very careless and unprofessional. In the end, they were very polite to the buyer (who didn’t even have a mortgage approved at first and I wasn’t informed), while I told them that as a single mother I had nowhere else to go. Instead of helping or giving me time, they pressured me heavily to leave the house. I fought as much as I could, but they didn’t care that the buyer broke their promises, the agency only wanted to get their money quickly and push me and my child out onto the street. This is honestly the worst company I have dealt with, unprofessional, no empathy, only after their profit. Would not recommend to anyone.
