GoogleI can't recommend griffin in elm park enough...they sold our house in 7 days after being with another local agent for 4 months..Michelle came to value our house and was easy to speak to and approachable.. vicky took over our sale and made the whole experience so much easier always keeping us informed every step of the way. My only regret is not using griffin from the beginning .

GoogleWe chose Griffin as they offered the best fee deal. Michelle was very personable and great to work with. Communication and dealings with Vicky were very good. Our property was sold within 4 months We did have a difficult situation close to completion however they were on top of it.

GoogleI consider myself lucky to have had Ryan Stanton as my main point of contact with regard to what I acknowledge was a difficult property to sell. In the lead up to the New Year, I considered withdrawing the property from sale but after speaking at length with Ryan I chose to take his advice and continue marketing the property into January. This resulted in many more viewings and it's eventual sale. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with such a professional agent along side all the members of staff I have spoken to.

GoogleFirst class service - and friendly too! The first agent we instructed failed miserably, but Griffin were excellent. Within a week they had sold the property and now 2 months or so later we have exchanged contracts and are about to complete. They kept us advised from start to finish and were completely reliable and helpful throughout.
