After living here for almost three years, I'd like to give an honest review. :) Let me start with the team that works here. Shingy, who works at reception, has been here since the beginning. He's always friendly and helpful and will greet you with a big smile! He's always up for a chat or will help you with whatever you need. I do feel safe knowing he's here. The same goes for Nicki, who takes such good care of our flats. Unfortunately, he's leaving. He'll be missed! Nicki has helped me many times with blocked sinks and broken showers. He's always up for a chat, a laugh and a story to tell. Thank you, too, for all you're doing. Finally, let me tell you what you can expect when moving here. The team is nice, professional, and welcoming. They try to come up with new ideas for events, which I find lovely! Unfortunately, the community spirit is not as strong as it used to be. The events at the beginning would form friendships, but because People come and go, that faded. In the summer, expect plenty of spiders and flies to keep you company. If you go away for a few days, you'll return to a balcony full of spiderwebs. The perks of living that close to the Wetlands! ;) The flats are lovely and well-isolated. We have underfloor heating. Of course, the rent has increased, but that's the same everywhere. I want to mention that over the last two years in winter, we've been having a lot of hot water outages. I know they're working on fixing the problem, but I don't know how long it will take. So that's something to be aware of. I have enjoyed living here, and my flat feels like home. Anja

We are so happy with the efficiency and friendliness of the Equipment Works team. We needed to move in quite fast and the team was able to get all the paperwork ready in no time. Kiew was so welcoming when she showed us the apartments and gave us all the information we needed. Marigona is very quick to reply to emails and Shingy was very nice and helpful when we were checking in. The maintenance team has been very helpful too. We are new to the area and we have been enjoying every moment of it. There seems to be a nice community here.

I have just attended a kids playdate event at Equipment Works, and I must say, It was one of the best social gatherings I have been to with my Son. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and the staff, Kiew and Marigona were very welcoming and friendly. The activities were engaging, particularly the makaton music session. There were lots of kids in attendance which was really nice to see and meet other parents. The goodie bag at the end was a great way to end the session - Thank you to the team and we look forward to the upcoming events.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. In just over one year there have been 13 disruptions to hot water in the development. Management is asking all tenants to raise separate complaints to EOn despite not being able to change from eon and being fixed to them. They obviously don’t mention the consistent loss of hot water. When you review this on their dedicated reviews site they don’t publish negative reviews hence the high score.

Today I came to the Kids Play Day Event with my younger brother the set up was amazing although he is 6 years old there was plenty for him to do including the outdoor activities such as life size connect four and jenga. We were kindly served with food from Kiew, Marigona and Sherise. My younger brother has additional needs and they were accommodating to this, he was able to go outside if the noise was too much and could come back whenever he would like to. The screening room is soundproof allowing him to self regulate outside the room as well. There was always a staff member indoor and outaide watching the kids so I felt at ease bringing him. The area is enclosed allowing me to feel safe with him being outside. All of the staff were fantastic and i would definitely come back again!

Bob W Gulaid House has a really nice atmosphere being in the heart of Knightsbridge. I found the apartment really clean and cosy during my stay. The lift access was very luxurious too. The staff were always helpful in making sure I had everything I needed from the easy check-in process to my departure. Would definitely come back here again.
