GoogleThe apartment is nicely located, close to the train station, with great facilities that make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The staff are ready to support you with whatever you might need. Kiew is especially fantastic, she is always friendly and quick to help. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live.

GoogleVery happy with the tour of the apartment i was given by Marigona. Very polite and approachable staff by the desks; the young lady Kiuw i believe her name was! The tour was very thorough with all questions i had answered. The facilities on site were impressive and the vibe in the lounges very calming! The blonde young lady was very happy and smiley and was able to help suggest the nearest coffee shops for lunch, and stations :)

GoogleThe Halloween event hosted by Kiew and Marigona was great! Although I came as a plus one as I was visiting a friend who lives here, they ensured I was well looked after. The food and snacks selection was excellent I was almost in a state of shock at how the staff looked after their residents as I haven’t seen this before. Pumpkin carving was a blast for Halloween theme and I got to socialise with other residents too which was lovely! The building offers a nice contemporary feel, and makes it even better by the staff. I always feel welcomed here. Looking forward to the next event thank you !

GoogleKornelius and Julius is very efficient at work. In just one hour, they helped me replace the leaking faucet, fix the unsecured toilet seat, and turn on the heating that I had been unable to turn on. They were very warm-hearted and attached great importance to my needs. They replied quickly and helped me solve the problem as soon as possible

GoogleI really enjoy living at Equipment Works, especially thanks to Kiew Marigoua at the front desk! She is always so friendly and attentive with her service. Whether it’s helping with parcel collection or providing assistance with various resident needs, she is incredibly thoughtful and patient, always with a warm smile. GoogleI want to give a big shoutout to the flat staff, Kiew and Marigona. They are always so warm-hearted and quick to help me whenever I have any problems, making my time here so much easier. Recently, they did an amazing job decorating the flat for Halloween, it really added a festive touch and made the place feel even more welcoming. Overall, my experience living here has been fantastic, thanks to their hard work and dedication.

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of viewing a flat at Equipment Works with Kiew, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. Kiew took the time to show us around the building, explaining all the features and amenities in great detail. Her knowledge and passion for the place really stood out, and she was so helpful in answering all of our questions. Thanks to her, we left the viewing feeling confident and excited about the possibility of living there. Highly recommend Equipment Works and Kiew for anyone looking for a new home!

GoogleWe had a tour with Kiew today and she could not have been more amazing! Super knowledgeable about the building and local area and made the application process so smooth for us. GoogleStaff are inconsistent and at times very rude. Dismissed my wife’s concerns about bills and only acted once I got involved. Spoke down to her and said a situation was resolved when it wasn’t. This resulted in us receiving threatening letters from a supplier when the issue was with EW and not us. Constant issues with heating. Obviously a supplier issue but still impacts resident far too regularly. Unfair charges upon checking out. No clear explanation as to why one is being charged for something. Coffee machine regularly broken. Security team are good and very helpful. Place is kept relatively clean and gym is good.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for your wife's experience. This is not reflective of our standards, and we are addressing it internally. We continue to work closely with the heating supplier to ensure any disruptions are minimised further. Regarding the charges, we aim for transparency by providing a move-out statement with details and the move-in inventory, and we are happy to clarify any concerns. We appreciate your positive comments about our security team, gym, and cleanliness. Thank you for your input as we continue to improve.

GoogleMy husband and I lived at Equipment Works for a year, off of a recommendation of a friend in the building. We really enjoyed our time at EW. Extremely friendly team and staff, fantastic amenities and a real sense of community, with the many free events, should you wish to participate. A big thank you to Marigona and Shingy for always being super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Niki was also very accommodating when we moved in and kindly assisted with many requests. We didn’t have any strong reasons for leaving, save for location of needing to move back more East but would have happily stayed. Thanks EW! Pros -10/10 gym and excellent free yoga classes by Jade (never made it to the Zumba). Lacks some equipment but better than most residence gyms I’ve lived at -friendly staff -clean, air conditioned spaces, co working spaces Cons -spiders: due to the wetlands there are a lot of spiders that creep around. This obviously cannot be helped by those who work at the building itself, but EW are very mindful of this and try to advise as best as possible. Didn’t bother us too much save for very warm days and keeping on top of the cobwebs. -parking: not an issue for us as we didn’t have a car but know it has been difficult for other tenants to obtain a spot. Beware of parking in and around the building without a permit, as you will get fined! -parcel room: great because your parcel is safe but a bit of a pain to find it in the sea of boxes. EW again try to manage this but it is inevitable that it gets rather chaotic in there General comments on area: -Extremely close to station - lit 1 min walk. -Tesco and Co Op easy access -Great shops/cafes: big penny, nourished communities, hermanos, narrative for bagels -a lack of a green space (that isn’t the wetlands) - I really missed having access to a park
