GooglePaul as Maintenance was such a star, He responded quickly and fixed the problem straight away! He was polite and attentive and a real legend. Mel and Jason are absolutely great too, helping out and doing events.

GoogleThe best place to live EVER!!!!!! My girlfriend and I lived here a few years ago, moved to a different part of London then made the choice to return as we enjoyed it so much. The staff, amenities and community feel of Equipment Works is fantastic - plus being conveniently located next to the Blackhorse Road beer mile helps!

GoogleGreat location as there is overground and tube stations just 5 minutes walk from my home. The management team is great. They take care of the maintenance and repair work promptly. In addition, there are various social activities every month.

GoogleI am very disappointed with what I have observed regarding senior management from Equipment Works as well as management from the other site. On multiple occasions, members of senior management have been standing near the parking lot smoking, and I frequently find cigarette butts left around the area. As a parent, this makes it uncomfortable for me to use the space with my child, especially since they are often outside smoking around the building. It creates an unwelcoming environment and raises concerns about cleanliness and exposure to secondhand smoke. I believe leadership should set a positive example and ensure the property remains clean and family-friendly. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
