GoogleAppalling management of property, had several tenants over the years but each time the agent never pursued damage or cleaning of property - terrible service, do not recommend, find a tend by yourself and don't pay them the money as you are flushing it down the drain. They don't take tenants to arbitration and they don't withhold deposit for damage/cleaning.

GoogleVery difficult process which was handled well by Gregory brown. Also, they gave a more realistic view of the market at the start unlike other agents who hyped up their valuation n order to get the business

GoogleGregory Brown were expert, highly professional and very efficient during a linked sale and purchase transaction. I was absolutely delighted with the help and assistance they gave me during the transaction, and they have also assisted in a buy to let purchase, where their affiliated lettings company Octagon assist me with finding suitable tenants. During my working career I had over 25 years experience of working with estate agents, and I can say with confidence that Gregory Brown and their Octagon Lettings provide an overall excellent service, with added experience and courtesy.

GoogleOllie was fantastic at doing our viewings and had all the information he needed to quickly sell our property. Tom was great and always on the ball after the sale and was quick to pick up on things that needed to be sorted out. Even when both solicitors seemed to be waiting for a response from each other between Tom and myself we got things rolling again. All the team at Gregory Browns were great and would use them again.

GoogleThe team in Staines are truly wonderful. I felt confident that I was in good hands and could call on Will, Tom, Ollie, or any of the other team members for help anytime and without hesitation. They were there for me and made me feel like I was the only one selling and buying a property, very special in other words, which I am, ha ha. Professional, trustworthy and friendly, is all that is left for me to say, about the service Gergory Brown in Staines gave.

GoogleWe've lived in Staines 10 years, and interacted with almost every Estate Agents there during this period. Gregory Brown were a huge contrast to the rest of them - their most unique feature is that they always say things as they are. No bull, no trying to squeeze pennies out of you, just transparency and truth. I believe it's an important basis for trust. The moment we realized that - we bought our first family home from them, and never regretted. Several years later we were moving out and letting our property, and it was no brainer which Agents to use for this. Just a few weeks later I've received my first Landlord cheque... wow! They are real hard workers, you can reach them in insane hours (don't do that) via phone or email, and they respond immediately. Tom and Will - you will always be to us an example of professionalism in it's pure form. They know every bit of this business and every trend on the market, especially in the area. I wouldn't even bother talking to other companies.

GoogleI would highly recommend GB! They have been very helpful from the start during our journey of finding the perfect house. They listened to exactly what specifics we were looking for in terms of finding a house and made great suggestions. Viewings were very easy to book and they managed to always accommodate them around our work schedules. As first time buyers, the process of buying our first house has been made so much easier and quicker due to the help of GB. In particular, Tom and William have been so helpful, from explaining each step in detail of what seemed like a daunting process to us, to pushing both parties to get things done, to the very final stages. They respond back to you almost immediately and keep you well updated! They’ve been wonderful and I would definitely use them again if buying/selling a property!
