GoogleWill and the team were brilliant with our house move. Will is very calm and professional. He never bothered us with unnecessary telephone calls. Everyone is polite and pleasant. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleGregory Brown in Staines are a professional and responsive estate agents. Tom and his team have years of experience and this shows when dealing with them. Moving home can be a stressful experience but with Gregory Brown assisting in the process it makes the purchase of a new home easier. Due to them being a smaller independent estate agent they truely understand their customers and are easily contactable. I would recommend using them in future.

GoogleI highly recommend Gregory Brown - they were very helpful and knowledgeable in relation to what maintenance work we needed to do to sell our property and throughout the whole process. They also gave us a realistic selling price that was based on their experience of our niche road in Staines (other agents certainly tempted with much higher suggested selling prices but these seemed to be based on hope and securing our business rather than a price that our house would actually sell for within weeks). GB also recommended a good value and reliable conveyancing firm. House sold at asking price with no hassles! Thanks again to Tom, Will and the wider team!

GoogleBought my first home with Gregory brown, I could not praise them enough, polite helpful and professional in all aspects. I had encountered some issues with solicitors which Tom personally helped me a lot with when he needn’t had too, he went above and beyond so thank you that also thanks for updating me at various stages through the transaction making it stress free. Highly recommend.

GoogleG.Brown has been entrusted to full management in renting out my property since May 2016. They ( Jeremy & Amanda ) act as landlord on behalf of us with due care as I am currently non uk residence landlord. Their full management serves absolutely everything necessary to run your property, I strongly feel that my property wouldn't have been managed in order without their professional help and expertise. if you need someone that manage your property in renting, they are highly recommended.
