Good communications throughout the viewings, and regular updates from the sales progression team as we went through the legal side. Awful service. The pictures Gowland and White took looked horrendous, rubbish editing, a better job could have been done using an iPhone. Make sure you check your contract because they charge a ridiculous fee if you ever want to cancel their services. They also agree to do quarterly inspections of your property but you have to chase them to even conduct one inspection. Would not recommend.
