GoogleMagda, Demi and the Team at the Stockton Branch were always on hand to assist where needed. They provided a realistic valuation for our sale. They were never pushy and were very friendly and helpful in getting our sale through. Highly recommend should you wish to buy or sell in future.

GoogleI had Very good service whilst selling an Investment house. The Agent kept me well informed of all viewings and once I agreed on an offer the sales progression team took over. This went well also and again I was updated regularly during the process. Well worth a Good Review.

GoogleI just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Gowland White Yarm. My dad sadly passed away late last year and I was fortunate enough to be left with his house. I contacted a few agents at the time to investigate the possibility of renting the property and as soon as I met Rob I knew I wanted to go ahead with Gowland White. We were on the same page when it came to what was required to make the house ready for letting and he was extremely patient and considerate when dealing with me. It took me just over a year to get it to where I felt it needed to be but I never felt hassled or pressured into anything. I’m sure most people would be able to understand that clearing a loved one’s house is emotionally tiring and can take some time especially as the property was not local to my own home. Rob provided support where needed and I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m over the moon to have now completed the minor upgrades to the property and have it successfully let. The process was seamless and I look forward to working with them throughout this next stage. Fingers crossed for happy tenants but I feel safe knowing that Gowland White are looking after the property and that hopefully any issues that arise can be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Again, huge thank you to Rob and the team. Couldn’t have done it without you!

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Gowland White. Their professionalism, efficiency and how lovely they all are in incredible. Nothing is ever too much bother. Special mention goes to Rob Hopkins, who managed my rental property for more years than I can remember. He has always been so proactive in making sure the tenants were happy, finding new tenants when needed and keeping me in check with everything I needed to do as a landlord. I really recommend Gowland White for property management, competitive pricing and top service 👌

After the tenancy ended, I decided to terminate the contract, only to be hit with an exorbitant severance fee and the threat of legal action. They also made frequent administrative errors and then unfairly held me responsible, adding interest to amounts they claimed I owed. This company lacks professionalism and compassion, an incredibly poorly managed business.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house and Gowland White were the seller's agents. Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!
