GoogleWe recently purchased a house and Gowland White were the seller's agents. Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!

Really friendly staff but I would say that sometimes depending on who you spoke to their attitude was a little too pushy and abrupt for my liking, and didn't communicate important information as quickly as I'd have thought I would have received it. I think with a little customer service training it would be a benefit.

GoogleHighly recommended. We invited a number of estate agents over to value our property and Gowland White were by far the friendliest and most prepared. Magda came over and talked us through the whole process which is why we chose to sell with Gowland White. We also dealt with Demi who provided plenty of communication throughout. We would definitely use GW again.
