I rented with Gowland White for almost 10 years and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. We started off in a flat and when I fell pregnant they helped us find a home for our growing family. Rob, Jackie and Leisa to name just a few of those I communicated with were always so friendly, understanding and very professional. They responded quickly if I ever needed them or raised an issue, and always fully explained processes and what would be done to reach an outcome. My landlord is selling our old home and so we’ve now moved to a different estate agent due to our need to find a bigger family property, but I would recommend Gowland White to anyone. I’m very grateful for the way they looked after us over the years. A big thank you to Rob Hopkins for always being on hand when we needed him, answering all my questions and being understanding, polite, professional and friendly. An A* service from start to finish.

I have nothing but praise for Gowland White. Their professionalism, efficiency and how lovely they all are in incredible. Nothing is ever too much bother. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Gowland White Yarm. My dad sadly passed away late last year and I was fortunate enough to be left with his house. I contacted a few agents at the time to investigate the possibility of renting the property and as soon as I met Rob I knew I wanted to go ahead with Gowland White. We were on the same page when it came to what was required to make the house ready for letting and he was extremely patient and considerate when dealing with me. It took me just over a year to get it to where I felt it needed to be but I never felt hassled or pressured into anything. I’m sure most people would be able to understand that clearing a loved one’s house is emotionally tiring and can take some time especially as the property was not local to my own home. Rob provided support where needed and I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’m over the moon to have now completed the minor upgrades to the property and have it successfully let. The process was seamless and I look forward to working with them throughout this next stage. Fingers crossed for happy tenants but I feel safe knowing that Gowland White are looking after the property and that hopefully any issues that arise can be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Again, huge thank you to Rob and the team. Couldn’t have done it without you!
