GoogleRecently sold a property through Gowland White, Stockton. All the staff were very friendly and kept in regular contact. Staff were knowledgeable and gave sound advice throughout. Valuation of the property was realistic and based on sound research (unlike other agents). Selling fees were very competitive. Particular thanks to Demi.

GoogleWe purchased a property advertised by Gowland White and I found them to be extremely professional throughout. Unlike the solicitor, the aftersales team were very proactive in chasing things up and keeping me informed at every stage of the process. When I finally picked up the keys on completion day I was very surprised but delighted to be given a 'welcome to your new home' gift, which I thought was a generous and thoughtful touch.

GoogleGowland White were supportive, informative and proactive throughout our house sale and purchase. It took a while for us to find the right home but they were patient with us throughout various unavoidable set backs. We’d especially like to thanks Claire Towey from the Yarm branch who was brilliant. Would highly recommend!

GoogleShowing up at someone else's home unanunced is a bit disrespectful in my book, no matter how small the chore is. Not everyone has a 9 till 5 job and the bit of rest in between the night shifts is priceless. Really disappointed with the customer service, and honestly an apology would be in order.
We are sorry you have felt the need to leave a negative review and as explained when we reached out to you directly, the To Let board was installed by our external board contractor following authorisation from your landlord, and we apologised for the disturbance this caused when it was brought to our attention. GoogleCouldn’t fault the service from Gowland White, they represented our sellers and were always on the ball and accurate with all information given. They actively chased slower parties in the chain and made us feel like everything was in hand and taken care of. They were attentive, understanding and helpful in every phone call and email. GoogleA Great service provided all round but we would like to say a special thanks to Clare Smith. She came out physically to view our house so she could get a feel of the place & pass it on to prospective buyers. She kept us up to date with viewings & feedback from prospective buyers & advised us when subsequent offers were made. We had not sold a property for over 32years so although the final decision was ours her guidance was extremely helpful. When Clare was not available other staff at Gowland White were just as good. We couldn’t ask for a better service.
