Gowland White estate agents in Stockton on Tees and Yarm

My flat owned by myself and my brother had previously been up for sale with other estate agents and it was proving to be very difficult in selling it. The flat was in the niche market but Gowland and White advised me on what steps they were going to take to try and sell it. They were extremely pro-active and I had a lot of people go and view it. We did get a buyer but due to unforeseen circumstances had to pull out. Within a week or so we had more people view and found our buyer. I would certainly recommend Gowland and White due to how successful they have been, how pro-active and the help friendliness and support of all the staff in Stockton on tees. A very good service.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We cannot speak highly enough about Gowland & White, Stockton on Tees. They managed the sale of my late Mother's property with extreme care and courtesy every step of the way. They showed prospective buyers around the house without me having to keep attending, which would have been quite an upsetting experience for me. They kept me informed of all interested parties and gave me feedback after every viewing. Overall i would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling or buying a property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Sold my first home through Gowland White and can’t recommend them enough. Professional from the outset when arranging the valuation and photos for the listing. Emma and Abby were always willing to help during the selling process no matter how often I hounded them. They were patient, professional and went above and beyond every single day as the completion date got closer. If it wasn’t for them the sale process could have took much longer. I’ll always look to use them in the future and think they thoroughly deserve their fee. Thanks again Emma!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Moving home can be an extremely stressful experience, especially when you haven't moved for over twenty years, as everything changes. When I made contact with the Yarm branch of Gowland White Estates Agents they were excellent. Their staff took time to explain everything to me, they were both welcoming and professional and guided me through the moving process with patience. I honestly could not fault them and highly recommend their services if you are either selling your property or looking to buy. Thank you to all the staff based at the Yarm branch.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I cannot speak more highly about Gowland and White. We sold our first home with them in 2004 and then most recently sold our family home with them. We live in Australia so the process was a bit more tricky than usual in terms of communication with time differences. But they were always very responsive when any messages were sent during Uk business hours. Emma and Tanya in particular were fabulous, we had several issues that arose during the period of selling, and also of course a pandemic which put a hold on any movement. But as soon as they were able to the viewings commenced and a buyer was secured. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and reassurance during what was a very stressful time. Selling mum’s house, which had been her home for 70 years was an emotional and potentially stressful time. Gowland White helped enormously with all of the team demonstrating the perfect balance of personal and professional behavior, which they maintained despite the COVID challenge. I also used their recommended solicitors who were efficient and very competitive on fees. Full marks to Gowland on pricing, efficiency and the personal touch.
