GoogleWe could not have asked for a more caring and understanding estate agent. Having put our house up for aale, my husband was beset with several illnesses which hospitalised him for several weeks. Gowland White were exceptional in their help and guidance and did a brilliant job in keeping our buyer informed and staying with the move. After 6 long months we finally got moved. Testament to an experienced estate agent that kept things on track.

GoogleMy partner recently sold his property with gowland white, I handled the estate agents side of things for him. From day 1 my communication with gowland was nothing but friendly, helpful and progressional. Clare Smith was our point of contact, she kept us upto date throughout the entire process, no question was a hindrance and she was always willing to help. We were so happy with the service that gowland provided that we decided to use them again to sell my house.

GoogleWe were not ready to sell for around a year, Gowland White regularly checked in every few month to see how we were getting on. When we were ready Gowland White were fantastic. Very easy to communicate with, made the listing live exactly when we wanted. We received alot of interest and 3 great offers in the first week. Special shout out Abby M, she updated us often and always tried to help whenever she could. Would recommend!

GoogleWonderful, helpful and friendly people. If everyone in the area is as nice as these people then we have choosen a great place to live. Assisted in a relocation from Essex, and unlike many estate agents who wasn't interested in helping us and just never called back after booking a viewing Gowland White went above and beyond even when my 5 hour drive turned into almost closing time for them they were kind enough to wait for me so I didn't have to sleep in a van all night. Fantastic start to finish. Highly recommended.

GoogleRealistic valuation of property with great timely photography and advertising. Haven't sold a property for many years and this proved a more complicated process but found staff very supportive at every stage of the sale despite some setbacks out of all our control. I have already recommended Gowland White to people I know and would choose them again in the future.
