Great team at Goodfellows, Cheam I had the pleasure of working with the team at the North Cheam branch near Sutton. Since I live in the NE of England I needed to work with an Agent that could really be my eyes and ears on the ground with the various interested parties. Upon walking in to the branch it was immediately clear that there was a real team spirit and a 'Can Do' culture about the place. Local knowledge of the market was really excellent also and all tasks and activities were completed in a timely fashion. Thanks specially to Sabrina. I would highly recommend Goodfellows to sell your property.

Been dealing with Barbara (2019/20) . Sharmila, Kanik, Ryan and Jordan for over a year now. Great guys to work with keeps you updated every time and always welcoming when making a visit to the office or during any phone calls. Would recommend them for landlord or rental purposes.

We had great experience working with Goodfellows and we just got our first house with them. We have been dealing with Barbara from the beginning and it was a pleasure. She helped us with our documents, gave us information as that is our first rented house we didn't know anything at all, so she managed everything for us with great efficiency and really friendly manner.

I recently sold my Aunt’s maisonette through Goodfellows. Sam Bedford was professional, and went out of her way to be helpful during the process. I believe she was proactive in marketing the property. I was kept fully informed at all stages. She understood what I needed from the sale and enabled the process to run smoothly.

Sam knew exactly what we wanted and helped us to (quickly!) find our first home, which we absolutely fell in love with. Whenever we came up against any form of challenge in the buying process, Sam was always on the end of the phone to help us - she was amazing and we can't thank her enough. Huge thanks to the whole team for making what is quite a daunting process, into a really fun and enjoyable one! Highly recommended.

I have been really impressed with the service I received from Rosie and the team at Goodfellows in Cheam and would definitely recommend them. I was selling my late fathers house and was able to hand over the keys to them and they dealt with everything for me with professionalism whilst being sympathetic.

I recently purchased a repossessed flat via Goodfellows Mitcham. Repossessions are high pressure transactions with a tight schedule. Both Jonathon, the agent, and Liz, the sales development manager, who handled the sale, provided a prompt and excellent service throughout the transaction ensuring the process completed at the earliest possible time. Jonathan listened to our requirements and only took us to properties that met these so didn't waste any time. After months of searching and three visits with Jonathan we had three visits that we were happy with to choose from. Thanks to Jonathan he made the process as smooth as he could.
