Me and my Partner are first time tenants and we thought it would be very stressful however with Barbara's assistant with the transition, it has been amazing, She has been Professional, to her word, kept us up to date and when she couldn't or even if she could reach me via phone she would still email me and leave a voicemail (but you know how it is noone really listens to them anymore lol). On a serious note Goodfellows services have been impeccable I want to give a shout out to Grace for her professional advice and guidance on insurance, not sell us anything unnecessary. Overall I give 5/5 to goodfellows for Barbara & Grace's impeccable service

It has been a difficult and long process lasting several months to buy my first property due of a delay in lease extension. Great team at Goodfellows, Cheam I had the pleasure of working with the team at the North Cheam branch near Sutton. Since I live in the NE of England I needed to work with an Agent that could really be my eyes and ears on the ground with the various interested parties. Due to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!
