GoogleI have found all the staff at Goodfellows Lettings in Morden particularly professional, friendly and helpful. Most of my previous communications have been with Sharmila, who was always prepared to go the extra mile, wherever possible. Most of my recent communications have been with Barbara Courpasson, whom I found extremely courteous and conscientious, with careful attention to detail and always with a friendly and cheerful disposition. A pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe first began talking to Goodfellows back in March when we had just emptied my Mum's Bungalow. At this point we received advice from Sharmila about getting an Electrical survey done BEFORE we embarked on the refurbishment. What a good thing we did, as the whole property required re-wiring and we would have had to start again on redecorating once the walls had been channeled out for the new wiring. As lockdown also came into play during this period, progress was slow but Sharmila stayed in touch throughout. Once we had agreed to go with Goodfellows on a Sole basis, everything moved very quickly and within a few days we had two above asking price offers. Our new Tenant moves in just two weeks after the property went on the market. In this period I have continued to speak to Sharmila, but both Ryan and Barbara in particular worked hard on finding suitable tenants. All the staff I have spoken with at Goodfellows have been extremely professional, good at getting back to me, and have kept me informed throughout - I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe have had a really great experience with Goodfellows as managing agents for the property we rented through them this year. They were very quick to respond to any issues we needed addressing at the property. Kerry in particular was really helpful, especially when our heating and hot water stopped working and the boiler tenancy service we used was quoting a 3 day wait. She managed to call up and get an engineer out to us the next day which was much appreciated, especially with two very small children! Would highly recommend them.

He was initially my main contact when I arranged to view a property that was advertised by the Mitcham office of Goodfellows Estate Agents. Omar was very professional and also a pleasure to work with, from the initial viewing to keep us updated throughout the process. Will definitely recommend him and his team at Goodfellows.

GoogleReally great service. Mainly dealt with Louise as she was our lettings agent but the other members of staff in the office were very helpful when I spoke to them. Everything was dealt with quickly and any questions raised were answered promptly. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI dealt with Stefan and i have to say, what an excellent experience. I never had problems getting him on the phone, he was honest, and when it came to timescales, what he said turned out to be true. If you need a good estate agent that you can talk too, Goodfellows in Cheam Village is the one to go to. Anytime i went there in person EVERYONE there is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. Stefan knows his stuff so, many many thanks to him and the team there.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Jonathan to purchase my flat. We had a lots of challenges for many months but he would never stop being professional and friendly at the same time. Very responsive always, never needed to chase for anything, regularly checking in to update me on everything. I cannot recommend him enough, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jonathan!

GoogleWell after 6 months of my first tenant from Hell all I can say is it has been somewhat a learning kerb . I am hoping the new tenants going in will be more respectful of my property or it will be the last time for renting .The team have been helpful with two extra special people Kelly Burton ( Property Management ) and Helen Spink ( Accounts Administrator ) Both went above and beyond to recover monies owing to me .
