GoogleWhen I came to London, I wanted to hire a house around Morden. An agent from Goodfellow viewed a few houses. Even if we didn't like behave of the man, we had to rent a house so we lend it and Goodfellow was responsible for the management of the property. I faced a leaking problem which was from toilet to kitchen. Even if I informed about it to them they didn't response on time and later told me that landlord will come a week later to look into it. Image how frustrating it. After a few attempts, eventually the landlord came and figured it out.

GoogleI’ve never actually used Goodfellows but decided to give them an appropriate review due to the amount of junk advertising flyers the Morden office puts through my letterbox, despite a prominent ‘No Junk Mail’ sign attached to said letterbox.
Having spoken to the branch manager about this via email, I was assured it would stop.
However, I’ve had at least 3 more flyers since.
If this is the care and attention they give to such a simple request, I certainly would never entrust them with any of my future conveyancing matters.

During the Covid-19 pandemic our canvassing material has been dealt with centrally and has been distributed by the Post Office , so we can only presume that as we have paid for the distribution they are not considering the leaflets to be junk , which we can only apologise for and would perhaps suggest that you could hopefully ask your postman / postwoman to refrain from putting them through your letterbox. GoogleThroughout this pandemic, Goodfellows never failed to answer our calls, emails and arranged viewings, with all precautions in placed.In particular, a young gentleman, Joel Smith, was mainly dealing with the sale of our property. He is very enthusiastic, friendly, very polite, good listener and understanding. Another negotiator is Sarah Pine, who has similar traits as Joel, when viewers left, she bolted the back gate, locked the conservatory door and turned the lights out before she left our property. Not forgetting Lee Hunt, our initial contact and very friendly, who impressed us with his vast knowledge on real estate and gave us a low percentage sale fee.
Nobody is paying us for this review and this is our honest and personal observation / review. Thank you once again team,for closing the deal!
