After having had a bad experience with a previous estate agent in Morden, who in trying to sell my house failed, I decided to change estate agents and put my trust in Goodfellows. I’m so glad I did it, and I only wish I had gone to them in the first place. Martin, Lucy and Jack were all excellent in assisting me throughout the process, and I wish to mention Tony Spinks especially who went the extra mile in providing a great service. Selling a home that had been the family home for many years with an emotional attachment for me was not easy, but Tony was very understanding, supportive and was always available for answering questions. He certainly went above and beyond the standard level of professionalism you would expect from your estate agent. No request ever seemed too much to ask and his attitude as well as his skills certainly helped me throughout the process. I honestly cannot rate Goodfellows more highly. They were amazing, especially Tony who was an absolute superstar. After a negative experience with another estate agents in the area, we contacted Goodfellows. From the moment we met Stefan, we knew he was the man for the job! He took his time with us, and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. He certainly isn’t like some other agents I’ve met. I had a few questions for him during the viewing and he had all of the answers to. It just seemed like nothing was too much for him.
