We always register applicants thoroughly and we don't send out details which could be considered spam. We do offer a letting service but not without reason. This was also over the Christmas period so things were a little slower than usual. I would like to call out that Beckie, Yasmin and Fella have all been very helpful and were always available to speak to us when we needed support. This is our first experience of being landlords and the process was not easy, however, they made it very simple and helped us every step of the way. Thank you!
