GoogleIf you want to sell in Mitcham, this is a the best agent to sell with. My family recently sold their property and had to buy in West London. Sarmilan did an excellent job in handling our sale and communicating with the agent we offered on. I highly recommend selling with Goodfellows and dealing with Sarmilan.

GoogleThanks Goodfellows Mitcham for selling my dads house. I would like to thank Sarmilan in particular because he spent time with my dad and updating him along the way. He was very patient and whenever my dad needed help, Sarmilan would spend time breaking the steps down for him. If you want to sell your property, this is a great agent to go with.

GoogleI viewed a property in Mitcham with Topaz at Goodfellows and I was totally impressed with her communication even ahead of the viewing, keeping me updated and reminding me of the timescales. On the viewing , again, very informative and asked me questions that helped me understand the best aspects of the property. I didn't take the property, and again she was graceful and offered me an alternative. Thank you for a great experience.

Even though we didnβt end up going with that particular property, the service we received was excellent. Stefan was marvellous and we have never felt more supported through the house moving process - we really can't thank him enough for being so helpful and being just an all-round wonderful person! A big thank you also to Maria for convincing us to go with Premierproperty lawyers. Louise at PremierProperty was also outstanding in her support. We have moved house 3 times and this was by far the best experience we have had of both selling/purchasing and conveyancing. Thank you again to everyone.

GoogleOutstanding! I needed a quick sale as already had a property lined up that was a few steps away from my mum and sister... Debbie and Kerry were so helpful, friendly and professional and kept me up to date with everything that was going on (it felt like I was the only customer they had!) they put themselves out to get a buyer for me even though there were a few hiccups on the way but both of them were on the ball keeping me with constant viewings. If i lived around Cheam again no doubt I would use Goodfellows 100%. Thank you so much Debbie and Kerry..

We are always pleased to read this kind of feedback but you have also been very astute , as the current market really does require agents to be , as you say , spot on with price , which unfortunately isn't always the case leading to people believing the market is poor when in fact it was just the price quoted was too high. GoogleIn my recent search for a property in Carshalton Beeches, I had a positive experience with Sylvie. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the property and the area. Sylvie was patient, walking me through the property and allowing me to take my time and ask questions. She was attentive, and I truly appreciated this level of care. GoogleRobbie was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and had answers to all my questions. She made the viewing feel easy and comfortable with her positive, friendly energy. She called me very quickly to discuss the outcome, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to withdraw my offer due to personal reasons, but she was still incredibly kind and understanding. Wishing her all the best in her career, she truly deserves it!
