Both Meg & Tamara have been amazing from day 1 of the Re-letting process as they have both actively kept me updated with regards to all viewings via email and phone calls. From the very beginning, Naomi who carried out the viewing was absolutely lovely, professional, and very welcoming. She made a great first impression and made the viewing experience really comfortable. Throughout the process, Meg was incredibly supportive and kept me informed every step of the way. She maintained great communication, was always responsive, and ensured everything progressed smoothly. Sarah was also fantastic, particularly with all the documentation and formalities. She was very clear, efficient, and always available to help, even stepping in when needed to ensure everything stayed on track. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. The team was approachable, responsive, and very accommodating. Overall, the whole experience was very positive and much less stressful thanks to their support. GoogleWe bought our first house together many years ago and Goodfellows were fantastic to deal with then, with Martin (now Director) helping us through brilliantly. Fast forward 34 years and Goodfellows handled our house sale, prior to our move to Ireland. Martin, Debbie, Kerry & co were fantastic to deal with, made things very easy and in the end obtained a sale price for us that we didn't think we'd get near. Great people to deal with, great service, great knowledge of the area and we were treated as friends rather than clients. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Goodfellows and very much thank all of the staff there for a friendly, smooth and successful sale process. 10/10
