GoogleI had an exceptional experience with Good Fellows. Tayler’s kindness and friendliness made the process very smooth. She patiently answered all my questions and provided guidance with a genuine and caring approach. Her assistance was invaluable, and I am so grateful for her outstanding service and dedication in helping us secure a property to rent. She really made sure that we had a positive and stress-free house move. Kamilla was amazing in assisting us with securing a house to rent. Her friendliness and guidance throughout the process was extremely helpful, creating a pleasant experience. Thank you so much Tayler and Kamilla!! :)

Tayler not only recognised my specific taste in houses during the first house viewing but also wholeheartedly committed herself to swiftly finding a property tailored to my preferences. Her keen understanding of my housing preferences demonstrated a remarkable level of attentiveness. Her proactive approach and commitment resulted in a successful and efficient house-hunting experience, showcasing her outstanding ability to deliver personalised and satisfying outcomes. Furthermore, Tayler went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining all the ongoing processes within the house before my official move-in date. Her initiative to arrange a pre-move-in viewing was particularly noteworthy, offering me the opportunity to be well-informed about the status of the property before settling in. Such dedication to communication and transparency sets her apart, as it reflects a level of care and professionalism that goes beyond the standard expectations of a real estate agent. Kamilla exhibited exceptional efficiency in handling all the necessary paperwork, ensuring a prompt and smooth process. GoogleExperience not very good on this occasion, They never answer the phones, when you leave a message they do not return your calls, but constantly send emails out for you to sign i was getting 3 of the same emails a day for days, until i signed without being able to speak to anyone. As i am a client of Goodfellows i do not feel that they acted in my best interest. I have been with goodfellows in morden for a lot of years and this has been the worst time dealing with them as a landlord.
