Goodfellows in Carshalton Beeches were recommended to us by friends that had used them to sell their property locally. From initial introduction to final exchange we have had a brilliant experience with Sarah, Jack and the rest of the team at their office. Within 1 week of putting our house on the market we had 30 viewings booked in over 2 days. Within 2 weeks we had 11 offers, 8 over the asking price.
