GoogleRecently renewed as a Landlord with Goodfellows. Both Meg and Sharmila have been absolutely fantastic in helping and arranging new tenants. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend. Jack Jenkins was fabulous! Great manner and very knowledgable and professional, as well as being fun and relatable to talk to! 5 stars would highly recommend his service!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience renting through Goodfellows. Meg, our agent, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She was quick to answer our questions and provided clear guidance, making everything so much easier. Moving after 14 years can be stressful, but Meg’s support made a real difference. I highly recommend Goodfellows if you’re looking for genuine support in moving home, along with great advice, assistance, and a positive rental experience.

GoogleSarah Pine runs an amazing operation at this branch of Goodfellows. She has her finger on the local pulse and knows exactly what to do for each individual whether you are buying or selling. That means you are not troubled except when it matters making the trickiest deal of your life as untricky as is possible. She sold for me - great job from her and her team.

GoogleI had the upmost genuine experience while receiving great business service from Reece. The whole process was respectful, professional, tranquil and efficient. Reece was very understandable with the concerns that I had and the assistance that I needed which made the whole experience comfortable. He was perceptive of the details and always had my best interest at heart and wanting to make sure that I left better and happier than the way I came in. He was very formal with his approach, had an extensive detailed plan and ensured step to step approach that would achieve my goals. What made the experience on a higher quality was Reece’s interactions skills, he was very understandable, remained eye-contact and had great body language which made our conversations flow positively. I would highly recommend Reece for anyone who wants visit Goodfellows Estate Agents as he is very trustworthy, reliable and will tackle all your problems to the best of his ability.

GoogleI would highly recommend David for managing and helping on any lettings related issues. I found him extremely helpful, smart and personable and it was reassuring to know someone like him is managing the process. He is also very detailed and even took the added responsibility to visit the flat ahead of setting up the agreement. He and his team also helped verify some of the legal certifications for the flat and we ended up having to redo one of the landlord certs because of something David and his team pointed out. So highly recommend David and his team!

GoogleStay away, cowboy operation. Deeply unprofessional whilst working with them for 3 years. Could never turn up for viewings on time to re-let the property. Lied several times when enquiring about basic contractual things. You can receive far better service elsewhere. Really couldn't care less when you speak to them either. Beware
