I used Goodfellows to rent my apartment whilst overseas and they were absolutely fantastic from Robbie who priced it up, found great tenants to David who ensured all the correct legal procedures were carried out to Sophie who managed the property for 2 years - dealing with quite a few issues including rats in our property [not due to the tenants] - but got to the bottom of the problem and managed to sort the whole thing. The whole team was just incredible. I've sadly had 2 very bad experiences before and I cannot tell you how nice it feels when things are managed properly and you don't have to worry about a thing.

Adam, Sylvie and Team are absolutely amazing, I wish I could give them 10 stars. Working with them was an absolute pleasure. They always answered our calls and any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We bought our property through the team back in 2021 and had a really positive experience. Lorraine arranged our viewing and was very friendly and helpful. Louise was excellent at every stage of letting my house out, as was Mandy with the initial meeting, explaining how everything worked, possible rent and flexibility with managing the property. I find the whole Fine & country/Goodfellows crossover confusing..you seem to do everything on one letterhead and pay their prices but deal with and review the other!? That said it does not take away from the professionalism and friendliness from these two ladies. Update.: sadly this service didn't continue. Louise left. The staff responsible for rent collection completely took the side of the tenant when she stopped paying rent. She was clearly playing the system to get a council house. It was a total nightmare. I had to go to court and get bailiffs to evict her out of my family home that I needed to move back into (which took 13 months). After unpaid rent, legal fees and damage to my property I walked away £12k down after 19 months.

We had an excellent experience selling our house through Goodfellows Cheam. From start to finish, the team were professional, knowledgeable and clearly understood the local market. This is the third time we have used Goodfellows Cheam over the past 30 years, and each experience has been extremely positive, including one sale that was not particularly straightforward, through no fault of Goodfellows I would highly recommend them.
