Beckie from Goodfellows has acted highly unprofessionally. While trying to locate a garage for her tenant, she mistakenly opened mine using the same key, left it wide open with all my belongings exposed, and stuck her business card on my car. After meeting with her to clarify that this was not the correct garage and assisting her in finding the right one, she showed no concern for the serious security breach she had committed. I attempted to contact her again, but she refused to return my call, instead having a colleague speak on her behalf. Shockingly, my garage was once again opened with the same key, this time by the new tenant. Had they been properly informed about their assigned garage, this wouldn’t have happened. Now, they are also aware that their key can unlock multiple garages, raising serious security concerns. The dismissive attitude from Beckie’s colleague and the complete lack of accountability prompted me to share my experience here. While Goodfellows may assist with rentals, their agents clearly lack the professionalism and competence to handle serious issues when they arise. Train your staff to communicate properly and take responsibility.

Don't waste your time. I called about 2 properties that were showing as not sold or under offer on Rightmove and both of them were not available. If we cannot trust what is online then it's a waste of time.

We have tried to call you to explain that although the web site is always being updated and indeed runs an update every 15 minutes , there can be a delay when the property has an offer placed upon it , to the buyer passing our compliance checks , which during that time we do not mark the property as Sold STC as we are acting for the seller and need to establish the identity and ability to proceed and afford the purchase , which is our job as an estate agent.
