GoogleService is fine, staff is friendly and they have a good system set up. I especially like the ability to sign official documents digitally. But agency fees are extremely high.

We are sorry that you felt it was rude to explain that our landlords do not accept housing benefit tenants however Hannah is always incredibly pleasant and professional at working and was merely following company procedures.

GoogleVery Rude and unprofessional and disrespectful staff at goodfellows Morden Letting branch, please be mindful when you talk to some of the staff as they are very aggressive and can charge at you, as I had very bad experience dealing with them, In my view staff need lesson in customer service and behavior, as they seems to behave like hooligans

GoogleI spoke to Rebecca and she is the most rude person i have ever heard. When i asked her for instruction for my client she said : am i speaking another language? and she hang up the phone on me.. Please avoid contacting this agency.. VERY RUDE

GoogleBooked an appointment in writing for a valuation but sadly they didn't bother to turn up. Assuming this is how they will approach the tenant finding process so can't see it being a quality service. The kind of frustration you don't need in life.

I am sorry that you have been let down at this time - unfortunately due to a lack of communication at our end our Business Development team booked in the meeting without realising that the manager was on leave. He did try to contact you on the day to confirm the meeting prior to leaving home but this proved quite difficult. Please accept our apologies.

GoogleIs there such a thing as a trustworthy and honest letting agent? A letting agent that won't lie to you and actually do what you asked them to do and will reply with honesty and not halve truths or try to shift the blame? I think not.
