GoogleRented from them some time back in Croydon. Awful service, misrepresented and unprofessional staff. They care only about the landlords and treat tenants as rubbish! Stay away from this branch of Goodfellows!

We can confirm as a company we work for the landlord when managing a property therefore have to take their instructions from them.

GoogleGabriella Dene emailed me offering 1 bedroom flat in Morden and we scheduled a flat viewing, she didn’t turn up and when i called their office the reception put me on hold and after a couple of minutes said that the flat which was available 2 months later was already taken and said that Gabriella tried to call me on the same day at numerous occasions but I didn’t answer, absolute lie, she forgot about our meeting, I haven’t received any calls nor emails from her at all as she claimed, I do not recommend them at all, unprofessional staff and terrible experience!

GoogleLewis was extremely helping during the time we was looking for tenants, although we didn't go with Goodfellows I highly recommend using Lewis, he is extremely hard working and is very dedicated to his job.
