Augstein was fantastic during the viewing, professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and local area. He made the viewing process easy and enjoyable, taking the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. On her side, Meg took over and managed most of the rental process seamlessly. She was consistently responsive, clear, and organised, keeping us updated at every stage and ensuring everything moved quickly and smoothly considering all the back and forth we had on the rental contract. Her calm, proactive approach really helped take the stress out of securing the property. Overall, both Augstein and Meg made what is often a daunting process feel straightforward and positive.
