So far all is good, looking forward to sign the contract :D great variety of houses and easy to communicate with :) quick update on this review: Great experience, everything was done via DocuSign so, you don;t have to waste time going to the agency every time a new signature is needed. Also, even after signing the contract, they still answer the phone and help even though the property is managed by the landlord. Just had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. As soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.

Recently sold my house through Goodfellows Morden, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Tony marketed it excellently and was extremely easy to deal with, felt comfortable with him from the moment we met him. He was transparent about fees, worked quickly and secured a buyer after three days on market (not easy in the current slow market). Jodie handled the sale process superbly, always keeping us and when needed our solicitor on top of progress and actions needed, and chasing down the chain if required. The sale went smoothly and everyone so far as I know was happy with the outcome. I'd have no hesitation using them again or recommending to friends.

Called to make a general enquiry today, spoke to someone named James who would not give me the VERY GENERAL information I was asking for unless I gave him my full address to him. I told him that that information was private to me and according to new GDPR laws there is no requirement for me to give my address to ask a general question. When I told him that I do not feel comfortable giving my address yet, his reply was ‘ I am not asking for your blood, just an address’ which was outright out of order and rude. Quite disappointing really as I’ve had a few dealings with good fellows from other regions and have never had any issues until today Their website claims ‘ Our team is our most valuable asset and we work together in an atmosphere of fun and respect. We support each other to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our personal goals. We want our people to enjoy working for us and you so that they deliver the best service.‘ I really wish this branch lived up to their claim on the website. They clearly did not get the exceptional rating from The Estate Agent Guide based on James’s / Mitcham’s branch customer service I did not get the information I wanted due to this. Forward 24 years later and it was obvious what estate agents I was going use to sell my property After my first contact telephone conversation I meet with James Girvan at the property he answered all my questions and gave me data regarding properties they are selling, how long they have been on the market, and loads more information. James was very realistic and sincere with he’s valuation responses and feedback. Goodfellow’s social media presence is very strong and you could tell they have put a lot of work into this. James’s hard work and knowledge really paid off within weeks of the house being put on the Market I received 2 asking price offers. After accepting the offer James walked me through step by step of the process.
