Huge thanks to the Goodfellows Mitcham sales team - James, Damian, Cathy, Kieron and Sales Manger Jamie! Our sale and purchase was smooth and everything was done so quickly and proficiently. I never had to chase anything as i was regularly kept informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all for such a great service!!!

Gareth has been very helpful in getting us set up in our new place and answering our many questions. In general Goodfellows has been great so far, the only thing that let them down a bit was that the income insurance sales pitch was slightly intense. Its not something we're particularly interested in and the long meeting was very alarmist and a little patronising.

Our lettings negotiator at Goodfellows - Gareth was very helpful throughout the whole process (if it wasn't for his professional flair, we wouldn't have found our perfect flat in the first place!) and continues to be attentive, professional and helpful even after we moved in. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a repossessed flat via Goodfellows Mitcham. Repossessions are high pressure transactions with a tight schedule. Both Jonathon, the agent, and Liz, the sales development manager, who handled the sale, provided a prompt and excellent service throughout the transaction ensuring the process completed at the earliest possible time. The staff at Mitcham were very professional and hard working - they worked especially hard to sell my property which was marketed, sold and completed all within 4 months. Wow, what can I say. I have always been fond of the team at Goodfellows who are always welcoming, make time for you and make you feel like you are their only client even though they have 100's (bit like the movie Jerry McGuire with Tom Cruise if you know it). Jamie the main man definitely oversees a tight ship and James, our main agent, must have waved some kind of magic wand because he found us a buyer just like that. At times along the journey to completion there were a few wobbly moments, however, Jamie and James were great and settling any glimmers of anxiety and made us feel whole again. A great service, a great team, a great experience. Thanks you Goodfellows for making our dream of moving closer to our parents in Shirley a reality. Your the best.
