GoogleJust had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. As soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.

GoogleI highly recommend Goodfellows Morden. They were really helpful throughout the buying process and, at some point, I just knew I could trust these guys (especially Jack Jenkins) to do the right thing for me. In my case, there was a lot of back and forth with the sellers, regarding documentation, questions about items they intended to sell, questions about the house itself, requests to inspect the house and so on. In all these cases, Jack mediated the communication quickly and effectively, always trying to find the best outcomes for everyone involved.

GoogleBe careful with this agency. They sent letters threatening you saying that they are going to kick you out of the property for things you haven't don't. They don't care about you, they don't corroborate stories or ask nicely. They take for granted you're guilty. They say I listen loud music during "unsociable" hours. Well, I go to sleep every day at 10pm, including weekends and never get up before 7am. I have no idea what they are talking about because, among other things, I don't listen music at home and I've always had my neighbours in mind. I feel very disappointed with them. Why didn't they send me a previous e-mail or contacted me asking if that was true? In their letter they say they may commence with the eviction proceedings. That is causing me an unnecessary stress as that letter is full of lies because they didn't even try to check the validity of those accusations.
Dear Ricardo Jover Acosta I am sorry you have taken the letter personally, as it is my understanding letters of a similar format were sent to all tenants in the block at the management companies request, due to someone playing loud music at unsociable hours. The letter does explain what the possible consequences could be should the request be ignored; however, as it appears it was not you there is nothing to worry about. It is unfortunate that not everyone living in the flats are as conscientious as you as this is what has led to these letters going out. Please be assured it was never Goodfellows intent to anger or upset you and hopefully the individual that was playing the music load has now stopped. Kind regards Stephen Offield (Business Manager)

GoogleBarbara is probably one of the nicest and most professional estate agents that I have ever come across. She has a genuine desire to want to help and her energy and enthusiasm on the phone is totally amazing. We all know that searching for a new place to live can be so stressful. However, she is so good at making you feel at ease. This is a very good agency.

GoogleI was thrilled to have a last minute solution to some issues we had in renting a house. Now, are "at home". Aaron was so professional, so calm and patient. GoogleDue to family circumstances I needed to move out of my then current place pretty quickly, I contacted Goodfellows and was advised of 2 properties that met our needs, one of which was absolutely perfect. We put an offer in which was accepted within a day and the referencing process took no more than 2 days. With everything complete sooner than we thought we decided we wanted to move in sooner than initially planned as we were going away the day after the original move in date so thought the extra days would help. Aaron who was dealing with our references and move was extremely supportive and managed to get the landlord to agree an earlier start date, so we basically managed to move in to our new place 9 days from the initial viewing. Absolutely awesome customer service and they really listen to your needs as well as accommodate when required. Highly recommend these guys, had an awesome experience!!!

GoogleSo today we completed on the sale of our family home of 50 years of my late parents in the Lower morden area. Goodfellows led by Branch Manager Ann Dickman are simply amazing. They were recommended to us by a friend and neighbour and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone as a result of this sale. If only all estate agents were like this branch. Always helpful, always chasing solicitors for updates and never too much trouble in doing so. From valuation to sign up to receiving a great offer we then accepted within one week of being on the market, to completion today, they have all been so professional and helpful, particularly as this was a probate sale.
