We recently purchased a property and being first time buyers Jodie was available to answer any queries we had and was available during all stages! Having shot in the foot with another estate agent previously I can't stress how easy it has been to deal with Jodie! Will certainly recommend and use again if needed! Thanks Guys.

GoogleKanika Williams definitely deserves 5 Stars - she is a real asset the the Accounts team at Goodfellows. She has been very efficient in dealing with my rent queries - she contacted my tenant and communicated the responses very quickly. GoogleRecently i used Goodfellows Estate Agents ,Morden branch to sell my property and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Not only sales staff put all their effort to sell the property but their assistant branch manager Jodie Chamberlain liaise with us up to the exchange of contract. Jodie was updating us regularly about the progress from the date of agreeing sales to exchange.There was no need for us to phone them and find out the status. I strongly recommend that any one who is selling property in Morden should use Goodfellows Estate agent.

GoogleWe’ve had an overall very good experience renting with Goodfellows for over 2 years. Staff, especially Emma Smith and Kanika Williams, have been friendly, responsive and sorted out any queries or issues promptly. Referencing, check-out, inventories etc were all handled smoothly.

GoogleKanika Williams has offered the best service during our letting contract and nothing was too much trouble for her. She must be commended for going above the standard service as all the staff I have dealt with at Goodfellows have done. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleJust had an amazing experience with GoodFellows Morden. We had an issue with our boiler and it seemed like an engineer would have to visit to fix it. So in my mind I kind of guessed that it’ll be a few days before this gets fixed. However, as soon as I emailed, I got a reply back from the Assistant Manager, Marion Gardner, saying that a plumber would soon call to arrange appointment to get this fixed. And few minutes after that the plumber called and we booked for the same day and the plumber was at the property after like an hour or so and fixed the issue. Unbelievably quick response. The whole team has been super supportive and responsive since the beginning.

She always responded to our enquiries immediately and kept us up to date throughout the process. Jack was also very professional and helpful. He even went out of his way to drop the missing keys to our new home.

GoogleHaving dealt with numerous estate agents over the past couple of years, selling two properties and buying one I can honestly say that Goodfellows of Morden were by far the best. Tony, the manager was very courteous and understanding to our needs and Jack and Jodie in particular kept me regularly updated throughout the process. I thought that their fees were fair and the level of service was excellent.
