GoogleAaron need to receive a promotion for the great service that he provides. Outstanding guy ! I would like to add a small update to this review. Unfortunately I am unable to rate it higher than 5 stars but I would rate it much higher than that. I would like to give another particular mention to Mrs Kanika Williams , who is in my personal opinion another great asset to this company. The reason being is that I`ve been going through some difficulties lately and Mrs Williams was extremely professional and helpful on the matter. Thank you very much for the excellent service that you provide for all your customers!

GoogleRecently i used Goodfellows Estate Agents ,Morden branch to sell my property and I am extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Not only sales staff put all their effort to sell the property but their assistant branch manager Jodie Chamberlain liaise with us up to the exchange of contract. Jodie was updating us regularly about the progress from the date of agreeing sales to exchange.There was no need for us to phone them and find out the status. I strongly recommend that any one who is selling property in Morden should use Goodfellows Estate agent.

GoogleEverything seemed absolutely perfect until the day we moved in. As all the estate agents, their main interest is getting your monthly rental payment and deposit. After that they completely don't care. 1 month after moving into the property I still don't have access to meter reading cupboard, one of the showers is leaking liters of water and after god knows how many emails none has yet come to fix it. Also the agency has failed to tell us up until the day we moved in that some furniture we had requested was not provided, forcing us to buy something we had not planned to buy. This is by far the worst experience I ever had with an agency.
A month later and no response from Marco La Rocca. Dear Marco, I am sorry that you have rated our service with a low score, could you please provide us with more information including the property address so we can look into the matter of the complaint and do a full investigation. GoogleAfter coming back from Denmark, didn’t know how and where to start looking for right property , which is suitable for my mother as well who is with special needs. lots of procedures been changed etc . I was very lucky that I met Barbara from goodfellows Morden. She been excellent at work, very helpful, always puts extra effort. I would highly recommend Barbara from Goodfellows Morden Office.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Sabrina and the rest of the team at Goodfellows. They guided us (first time buyers) through the whole process, and did a lot of work on our behalf to speed up our terrible conveyancing firm. Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant, I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleI recently dealt with Goodfellows Morden as i was going to buy a flat with my partner. Unfortunately, we had to pull out but Goodfellows were excellent throughout the whole procedure.Our estate was Jack Jenkins and he was very professional and helpful. He answered all of our questions and replied to every e mail promptly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Should my circumstances change, I would be more than happy to deal with Goodfellows and Jack again. There would be no hesitation.

GoogleWe recently found ourselves after being in a long term let and just being told we could renew our lease again no problem that we had two months to leave - to say we were upset is an understatement! I started looking at houses to rent and found one to view through goodfellows Cheam. They have been brilliant Louise reader showed us the property and when we accepted has been very professional and helpful. We had everything in place for the new house in a week and to say we are relieved is an understatement. Louise even helped me measure up for curtains when my husband got stuck at work!!! I would def recommend Goodfellows but particularly Louise Reader.

GoogleGoodfellows Estate agents were fabulous. I found the service by Jonathan very straightforward. he was very friendly and always very professional. In general the prosses was stressful and took long time but I felt he took time to explain to me very clearly what the procedures were and also I didn’t feel pressurised. He made it all so easy, Whenever I called Jonathan always able to answer my questions. Jonathan is the best sales negotiator.
