GoogleWorst agent ever Kelly! We moved out from our old house and over 2weeks we are still waiting for our deposit to be reliesed, we keep contacting her and she keep saying she will get back to us even though after we moved out the landlord straightaway give his blessing to relieve the deposit for us! We found the new house with this agency and I have to say we had Good experience with Barbara the estate agent

Dear Adrienn we’ve noticed you have changed your review from a 5 to a 2 star. Unfortunately because the property was not managed by Goodfellows we are in the hands of the landlords to authorise in writing the release of deposit monies and cannot do this until we have received this from them. As we merely are the agents holding and protected your deposit. Good news is Kelly spoke to you yesterday advising that your deposit was being released and it was sent back to you yesterday.

GoogleBarbara was brilliant throughout the process of finding us a new home. Barbara was always very transparent and straight-forward, letting us know everything that was happening, keeping great communication and being fast and expedite sorting issues out. In the end, the process was far less painful than expected and I can't wait to move in to the new property.

GoogleI have been dealing with Barbara for a few weeks to try and find our new home to rent. I needed a property which would accommodate pets. From the start I found Barbara to be very engaging and made sure she understood our requirements. Barbara kept me up-to-date with the progress of the search and was able to find a home that’s just what we are looking for and allowed pets. The process was straightforward and simple. She is a great ambassador to the company and works well to service her clients needs. I now look forward to moving in and spending many happy years there!

GoogleHaving recently lost my mother, I used the services of a number of local estate agents to assess the family home. I was particularly impressed with Sam Bedford from Goodfellows Sutton in the way she dealt with what was a difficult situation for me. Sam made me feel at ease and was not intent on pushing me in any certain direction with regard to the future of the property. Thank you Sam for your advice and explaining the options that were available to me in a professional and unbiased manner.

GoogleI have been looking for a house and dealt with many agencies throughout the process. I was very impressed with the service I received from Goodfellows in Sutton, hence my review. They really got it right in their mindset, it really feels like they care more about their clients than selling. My contact , Samantha was very efficient, friendly and kept me up to date throughout the process. As a former General Manager for Holiday Inn, obsessed with customer service...a big well done guys!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Sabrina and the rest of the team at Goodfellows. They guided us (first time buyers) through the whole process, and did a lot of work on our behalf to speed up our terrible conveyancing firm. Everyone in the office was helpful and pleasant, I cannot recommend them enough.

Dear Halo we are sorry you've left a 1 star review but we've looked into your review and the team said 'The applicant was called before his viewing to let him know that the property was no longer available as references had passed. The applicant came in to the branch and began raising his voice. The reason for the late notice was explained to him and he was still not happy with the late notice as he had got the tram from Croydon to Morden. we apologized for this. other properties were offered to the applicant but he was not interested and he left the office.'
