GoogleBooked us in for a viewing confirmed it with 2 texts to us and a phone call the morning of the viewing and then cancelled it without telling us. My partner arrived at the property and had to find out from the tenant that there were no more viewings that day. Complete waste of time.

Dear Kelly we are sorry to hear about your experience, we have passed on your complaint on to the manager who will do a full investigation and get back to you. The manager said: The applicant was booked in at 2pm on Saturday. The tenant Annie of the property were made aware there were two time slots of viewings on Saturday. The applicants partner knocked on the door, Annie had left for work and Annie’s partner was not aware of the second set of viewings so refused the access to the applicant.
Chanade was at another property and was filling in an offer form which is why one of the negotiators were running late to the appointment so that’s why they weren’t there when they arrived.
We have since called and apologised to Kelly.

GoogleEverything seemed absolutely perfect until the day we moved in.
As all the estate agents, their main interest is getting your monthly rental payment and deposit. After that they completely don't care.
1 month after moving into the property I still don't have access to meter reading cupboard, one of the showers is leaking liters of water and after god knows how many emails none has yet come to fix it.
Also the agency has failed to tell us up until the day we moved in that some furniture we had requested was not provided, forcing us to buy something we had not planned to buy.
This is by far the worst experience I ever had with an agency.

Tony marketed it excellently and was extremely easy to deal with, felt comfortable with him from the moment we met him. He was transparent about fees, worked quickly and secured a buyer after three days on market (not easy in the current slow market).
Jodie handled the sale process superbly, always keeping us and when needed our solicitor on top of progress and actions needed, and chasing down the chain if required. The sale went smoothly and everyone so far as I know was happy with the outcome.
I'd have no hesitation using them again or recommending to friends.

quick update on this review: Great experience, everything was done via DocuSign so, you don;t have to waste time going to the agency every time a new signature is needed. Also, even after signing the contract, they still answer the phone and help even though the property is managed by the landlord.
