GoogleReally great service from Amin at Goldschmidt Camden, who - after I registered interest - suggested we see the house off market. We knew it was the one for us, and from making an offer the process went very smoothly in what are inevitably stressful circumstances; always communicative and passing on info from the sellers' perspective too. We couldn't be happier with the house!

I bought a property which Goldschmidt & Howland were marketing, so I had no personal arrangement with them, but Dan was so helpful, supportive and efficient. I really felt like he cared about ensuring the best outcome for both the seller and me. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

GoogleWe both bought our new house, and sold our previous one, through Goldschmidt. Our experience with Amin and his team was excellent. They made the process, which, through no fault of theirs, was at times painful, as hassle free as possible. Amin in particular was a model of composure, went above and beyond when circumstances required, and brought both sale and purchase to a happy conclusion. I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend others do (in fact, have already done so).

GoogleDaniel Grayson did an amazing job! Firstly, he helped me broker the deal with the developer, in only 2 DAYS after the viewing I had my reservation fee paid and papers signed. Then he guided me though the entire process (I was a first time buyer so had a lot of questions). Always super easy to reach and quick to answer. Overall couldn't ask for a better estate agent.

GoogleWe had the very good fortune to choose Goldschmidt and Howland to sell our house in Finchley. Cobi, Howard and Jeremy: what a team! They were exceptional! We had 7 offers within a week of the property being on the market. Particular praise has to be singled out for Cobi, whose understated integrity shines out like a beacon. He never put a foot wrong. The greatest praise I can give someone in business is ' Not only do I like him: I trust him!'. Cobi was always available, always offering offering great advice and completely on top of strategy. He really is top drawer!
