GoogleI was stressed to find an alternative accommodation in my area after I received a notice from my current LL to leave the property, but GoView London have made a great job to support me. It cost me only one email to GoView London asking them for support. Mario, has phoned me back and offered me 2 accommodations in my area, and he was ready to show me the properties next day. Mario helped me to secure one of the properties, which is just 50 metres away from my current address, within 3 working days. He also helped me to secure 2 years fixed term contract. I am very pleased to meet them. I can now focus on my job. Thank you Mario - Thank you GoView

GoogleSent an email asking for a viewing of a property. After about 30 minutes, Received an email from this bloody agency telling me they had contacted their client and that the viewing was arranged for 17.30 of that day. I was staying at about 2 hours away by underground so got ready and when I got to the property gave them a ring to let them know I was there. To my surprised, the guy who took the call just said there had been some kind of mistake and that they had no details of that appointment. After that he still wanted to take my details to talk about other properties! As if I am ever doing business with that horrible agency again!!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!

GoogleThis review is solely based on my experience with Goview via my point of contact there, Mario. I've not rented a property in sometime and my last experience of dealing with estate agents was sometime ago. I had completely forgotten how varied the experience can be, with some estate agents unfortunately living up to the industry stereo types. I am delighted to say Mario is not one of them. Right from the outset, he was polite, thorough with his initial questions to establish what I required and efficient in finding properties to match. We were in communication regularly and I felt as though if I were to find a property to rent that it would be through Mario. And so it was! At no point during the 'offering' stage did I feel as though he was just trying to get more money out of us, rather I felt as though he genuinely was trying to get the best deal for both the landlord and I. If I was ever to move and rent again in a similar area I would have not hesitation in asking Mario to help me again and until that time, I wish him all the best in his career.

GoogleThe service that I received from Rebecca was truly outstanding, I highly recommend goview for finding your property, Rebecca listened to exactly what I was looking for and she went out of her way to find it for me, and when she said she'll call back at an agreed time to fit around my work schedule, she did, you will not find a better service than that, I am very happy with my new property and it was all down to Rebecca, good stuff, Tim Wood.

Nobody available from lettings.Then i call back and ask again and this rude chap Jack ask me how long you been in uk and all detail about immigration status. Never had to give all this to view house, this is like goin 2 home office. Mi sick ah dis bwoy

GoogleWe are first time buyers ,We bought our flat through Go View and they did a fantastic job. As we were first time buyers we did not know what to expect and through no fault of go view some things did not go according to plan, but thanks to Michael Bolger and the team they kept us calm and informed through every step of the process. They are very professional and i cannot rate them high enough, other estate agents could learn alot from Go View, they are not only very proffesional but friendly, helpful , personable and very hard working! Within a week, they identified a buyer with whom we are now concluding the sale. He definitely knows the area, and taking all my requirements into considertation, he shortlisted the right properties therefore wasting no time in showing me the most suitable ones. I highly recommend GoView. They are very professional, patient and helpful.

GoogleIt seems to me their service lies with the landlord and not with the tenants. My partner and I have had an awful experience with this agent. Firstly they charged £486 upfront just in admin fees, this was never justified, they were not up front about it, it wasnt value for money as we were finding referencing by ourselves. Also the paperwork that came through had to keep being corrected as it was being sent to us wrong. We now are looking to move and they attempted to charge us a £25 referencing fee, which is basically a telephone conversation with our new agent, or at most fill out a form.AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT! They will never justify why they charge such extortionate amounts for admin fees. And will seemingly keep adding on costs when they feel like it without warning.
We have no record of a Vicky Price and this is a falsified report. We are a large independent agency and unfortunately this type of report which is false in every way can be very damaging to our company as we strive to employ more young people and grow our company successfully. As a business we appreciate the need for transparent reviews and contract referencline.com as a completely independent source to handle reviews.
